La revisión contenciosa administrativa hoy se puede afirmar está extinta, y lo ha sido así, en más de una ocasión, pues derivado de la reforma al fundamento constitucional, Artículo 104 (29 de enero de 2016), y así interpretado por el Poder Judicial Federal en jurisprudencia por reiteración, lo es, por no existir disposición constitucional específica que dote de competencia a los Tribunales de la Federación para conocer de ese medio de impugnación.
